Vendors & payables: questions
Can vendors upload their own W-9s and insurance certificates?
Yes. Vendors upload documents in the vendor portal, and Staylio tracks when each certificate of insurance expires.
Does Staylio file 1099s?
Staylio generates 1099s from your payables, lets you print and distribute them, and handles corrections and backup withholding. Electronic filing with the IRS is not included yet. Read our 1099 guide for operators for the 2026 threshold change.
Can we pay property owners and landlords?
Yes. Rent to property pays the communities you lease from, and owner statements show owners what they earned.
