Can one booking have several residents?
Yes. Staylio supports multi-resident bookings, so a project team or a family sharing a unit stays on one booking with each resident linked to it.
Does Staylio prorate partial months?
Yes. Each booking can prorate partial periods, charge the full amount for a partial period, or skip partial periods, depending on how you bill that client. Try the math with our prorated rent calculator.
What happens to invoices when a stay is extended?
Charges that have not been invoiced yet regenerate for the new dates, so the next invoices match the extended stay.
Can I see who is moving in and out this week?
Yes. Upcoming check-ins, upcoming check-outs and overdue departures each have their own view.
