Replace spreadsheets and manual processes

From twelve tabs to one board.

Most operators run on a workbook that one person understands. Staylio turns every booking into one record that the board, the invoices, the furniture crew and the ledger all share.

  1. Every booking, one recordUnit, resident, company, dates and payments, together.
  2. Clashes caught before move-inA double booking shows up on the board, not at the door.
  3. Occupancy at a glanceGaps, turns and the month's occupancy, live.

Sample data

The life of a stay

One record, from first inquiry to final deposit.

01

Inquiry

Acme Relocation asks for a two-bedroom near downtown. It lands in the CRM as an opportunity, tied to the client account.

02

Quote

Rate, proration and taxes worked out in seconds. The client accepts the quote and it converts to a booking without retyping.

03

Lease & e-sign

The lease and its addenda are generated from your templates and sent for e-signature. Signed copies file themselves.

04

Furniture & setup

A two-bedroom package is assigned, the delivery is scheduled, and the setup crew works through a checklist with photos.

05

Move-in

The resident gets a portal invite, door code, Wi-Fi and their onboarding checklist before they arrive.

06

During the stay

A maintenance request goes to the right vendor. Next month's invoice is created and charged on schedule.

07

Extension

The project runs long. One click extends the stay, and the invoices and the board update with it.

08

Move-out & teardown

The departure checklist runs, damage is documented against the move-in photos, and the teardown is booked.

09

Close-out

The deposit is refunded less the damage, the final invoice is paid, everything posts to the ledger and the owner gets a statement.

FAQ

Questions operators ask

What is Staylio?

Staylio is corporate housing software. It runs the whole stay in one system: inquiries, quotes, bookings and extensions on a visual schedule board; resident onboarding, e-signed leases and departures; properties, units and master leases; furniture deliveries, setups and teardowns; maintenance and damage; recurring billing; vendor payables and 1099s; and a full general ledger.

Who is Staylio for?

Operators of furnished housing for stays of 30 nights and longer: corporate housing providers, extended stay operators, relocation companies, military housing, student and intern housing, and healthcare housing for travel nurses and clinicians.

When can we start using it?

The Staylio beta opens on January 1, 2027. Join the beta list to be told first, or request a demo to see it before then.

How is Staylio different from vacation rental software?

Vacation rental tools are built around nightly bookings, channel listings and guest messaging. Corporate housing runs on monthly billing to companies, proration, extensions, notices to vacate, furniture logistics, owner and master-lease payments and real accounting. Staylio is built for that side first. See the full comparison.

Does Staylio replace our accounting software?

It can. Staylio has its own general ledger with a chart of accounts, journal entries, bank reconciliation, period close, deferred revenue, P&L by unit and by client, accounts receivable and payable, and 1099 reporting. Ask on a demo how it fits your current setup.

Do residents, clients and vendors get their own logins?

Yes. Residents get a portal for payments, documents, maintenance requests and early departure. Corporate clients see and pay their invoices. Vendors see their jobs and upload their documents.

Can we bring our data over from spreadsheets?

That is where most operators start. Bring your workbook to a demo and we will show you how your properties, units, residents and bookings map into Staylio.
