**Can residents sign leases electronically?**

Yes. Staylio connects to e-signature providers and sends leases and addenda from your own templates. Signed copies are stored with the resident and the booking.

**Does every property use the same onboarding checklist?**

No. Checklists can be set per property and per unit, so a building with a key fob and a house with a lockbox each get the right steps.

**What does a resident see?**
