Staylio gives corporate housing operators three self-service portals. Residents pay and enroll in autopay, sign and download documents, request maintenance, and give notice or request an early departure, from a portal they can install on their phone. Corporate clients see and pay their invoices. Vendors see their jobs and upload W-9s and certificates of insurance.

**Do residents need to download an app?**

No. The resident portal works in any phone browser, and residents can add it to their home screen to open it like an app.

**Can corporate clients pay through the portal?**

Yes. Clients see their invoices and balances in the corporate portal and can pay them online.
