Why Staylio exists

## The industry has run on workarounds for too long.

Corporate housing is a demanding business. A single stay touches sales, a lease with an apartment community, a furniture delivery, a resident who needs answers at midnight, a company that wants its invoices its own way, vendors, deposits and a ledger that has to balance at month-end.

Most operators run all of that on spreadsheets, a vacation rental tool built for three-night stays, accounting software that knows nothing about units, and a lot of email. Every hand-off between them is a chance to retype something wrong.

Staylio was shaped by industry partners who have spent 20+ years in corporate housing and know where those hand-offs break. It puts the whole stay in one record, from the first inquiry to the final deposit refund, so the board, the crews, the invoices and the books always agree.
